Chaperones

Chaperones travel with the team to out-of-state tournaments. They must have a driver's license, credit card and be
willing/able to operate a 15 passenger van or other vehicle. In addition, this person coordinates meals, helps to supervise
the players at events (under the guidance of the Head Coach). Travel and hotel are paid for Chaperones (not their
immediate family or spouse). They must undergo a USAV Background check to be eligible (cost paid by CCJ). $150.00
dues credit per out-of-state event.
