This is accomplished by providing athletes with the opportunity to obtain quality training and competition during the USA Volleyball Olympic season.
To meet the needs of a diverse volleyball community
by providing programs of differing levels of training, competition, and costs. CCJ will field teams that demand the highest level of training and competition for the elite volleyball athlete, as well as teams requiring less time and financial commitment. CCJ will not cut players due to ability or income.
CCJ is committed to developing and educating volleyball coaches in the community.
CCJ coaches will be required to participate in the USA Volleyball CAP (Coaches' Accreditation Program) as well as share ideas and philosophies through organized coaches clinics. CCJ coaches' clinic s will be available to any volleyball coach in the Tucson area.
To develop a facility that will serve as CCJ's primary training center,
as well as provide Southern Arizona with a volleyball facility that can be utilized for adult and high school leagues, tournaments, camps, and coaching clinics.
