12's and 14's:
Sunday, November 18th (corrected)
1:00 - 4:00pm

15's - 18's:
December 1st and 2nd
** Bronze/Silver 16's and 18's are 3:00 - 6:00 on Dec. 1st
** Gold 16's and 18's are 12:30 - 3:00pm Dec. 1st

** Bronze/Silver 16's and 18's are 3:00 - 6:00 on Dec. 2nd
** Gold 16's and 18's are 12:30 - 3:00pm on Dec. 2nd
(Players must attend both dates)

All tryouts are held at Amphitheater High School (Prince and Stone)

Cost: $20 (pre-registered) - Deadline to pre-register is 4 days prior to tryouts.
$30 day-of registration
Check-in begins 1 hour prior to start times.
Please arrive early enough to be on the court at the start of the tryouts.

What to bring:

Registration forms - if not pre-registered
Water bottle
Copy of your birth certificate
A parent
A great attitude - be ready to play and learn

Players will only be considered for the level of play that is noted on the Information form.
Example: If you want to be considered for a Gold level team, you MUST check Gold on your information sheet. If you do not make a Gold team, you will be considered for Silver and/or Bronze. If you check Bronze or Silver, you will not be considered for a spot on a Gold team.

How do tryouts work?

Players will participate in drills, exercises and scrimmages. Teams are formed based on age, ability and attitude. We try not to "cut" players and will make every effort to place all players on a team. However, the number of teams that we will form is totally dependent on the number of players in any given age group or skill-set. Other factors include available coaching staff and practice facilities. CCJ typically will form at least one team in each age group and usually two-four in each group. There is no obligation to join the club just because you try-out. Players are obligated to participate and complete the season once they are offered a spot on a team and accept that position.

17's/18's Teams:
(Players born on or after Sept. 1, 1989)

15's/16's Teams:
(Players Born on or after Sept. 1, 1992)

14's Teams:
(Players born on or after Sept. 1, 1993)

12's Teams:
(Players born on or after Sept. 1, 1995)

Cost for the regular season:

Individual and team USAV Membership, practice jersey(s), uniform(s), short(s), tournament entry fees, equipment, coaching staff, administration, gym rental, etc. Airfare, hotel and chaperone fees (including coach and chaperone hotels) for out of state travel tournaments are included in the dues (SoCal Qualifier excepted. This is a "Road Trip". Meals are not provided at practices or tournaments. Teams may opt to fund-raise for bags, warm-ups suits, etc., although they are not required to do so. Individual players may fund-raise to reduce their dues on their own.
