Considering the fluidity of information regarding the coronavirus, we will strive to act immediately with any new information.
Please understand that we are well aware of our responsibilities as a club, both to the players and parents that want to continue to train and compete as they planned to this season, and to those who feel we should cancel and pull our teams from the remaining scheduled competitions. INFORMATION REGARDING TUITION REFUNDS/CREDITS
MARCH 18, 2020: While we remain optimistic that we will return to the court in April, there is a possibility of a shortened club season and prorated refunds and/or credits. Given the fluid nature of the situation we find ourselves in in regards to COVID-19, it's too early to cancel the season and start refunding members. However, we understand that this could change at any moment.
At this time, CCJ is developing a plan for refunds in order to be prepared. We will just need to wait until we have more official notice of any cancellations and at that point, we will evaluate all deposits and expenses that we can recover before the reconciliation of each family's account individually. We appreciate everyone's patience as we navigate through this difficult time.
