COVID-19 FAQ
Frequently asked questions regarding COVID-19 and the 2020 Volleyball Season. This is a fluid situation that we are monitoring and discussing the club's response day-to-day - sometimes hourly. We are committed to keeping our CCJ members family informed, so we'll be updated frequently asked questions with details and answers as we have them. Please keep in mind that there are many questions that we simply do not have the answer to yet.

IS THE CLUB SEASON OVER?
WHEN WILL THE SEASON RESUME?
WHAT CAN WE DO DURING THIS BREAK?
WILL WE RECEIVE A REFUND?
Unfortunately, there will be a financial impact as a result of COVID-19, and our goal is to minimize the impact between the club, staff, coaches and families. While we remain optimistic that we will return to the court in April or May, there is a possibility of a shortened club season and prorated refunds and/or credits.
Given the fluid nature of the situation we find ourselves in in regard to COVID-19, it's too early to cancel the season and start refunding members. However, we understand that this could change at any moment. Please keep in mind that the payment schedule was established as a convenience for families paying tuition and does not reflect activity in any particular month - many of the expenses (Player uniforms and shoes, equipment, tournament contracts, insurance, gym rental, etc.) have been paid early in the season.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS: At this time, we have pushed current payments for Regional Teams to April 25. We will reevaluate the situation and payment schedule in April when we have a better idea about when we can resume training and what the new schedule (with all postponed tournaments) will look like. At that point, we will evaluate all deposits and expenses that we can recover and reconcile of each family's account individually.

YOUTH ACADEMY REGISTRATION: We will offer a full refund or credits for all CCJ clinics or programs that were ENTIRELY canceled.

FLIGHTS: We cannot offer credit or compensation for canceled flights. -
PARENT HOTELS: We cannot offer credit or compensation for canceled hotels.
WHICH TOURNAMENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELED/POSTPONED?
SHOULD WE CANCEL OUR HOTEL ROOMS FOR VULTURE PEAK?
WILL MY CHILD BE PENALIZED FOR MISSING FUTURE PRACTICES IF SHE IS SICK?
If your child has a respiratory illness or fever once we return to practice, PLEASE STAY HOME. Playing time will not be affected by missing practices due to illness.
