The purpose of this page is to maintain communication and transparency regarding potential COVID-19 exposure within the club.

Please be assured that the safety and well-being of our athletes, staff, and families is the club's primary concern as we navigate through the club season amid a global pandemic.  If you have any specfic questions related to COVID-19, please don not hesitate to forward your questions to or

Teams that have an athlete, coach, or staff member who has tested positive for COVID-19 will receive an email from the CCJ Director and a follow-up message from their coach within 24 hours of the notification.  This notice does not necessarily mean that team members have been exposed to COVID-19; only to alert the team that someone has tested positive.  The club will not reveal any names and the email will detail the nature of the potential exposure and instructions for the team's quarantine or practice schedule. 


Only affected teams will receive an email.  If you do not receive a notice from the Director, please continue to attend practices and monitor for symptoms normally as per the CCJ COVID Policies and Procedures.

CCJ appreciates the diligent support of our athletes, coaches, and families in adhering to the safety plans and protocols within the club.  Through continued adherence to the protocols and timely communication, the club is confident that we can maintain a safe and healthy environment for our athletes.


To date, the club has received 13 reported cases of an athlete or coach testing positive for COVID-19 since December 10, 2020.  Fortunately, there has been no evidence of transmission during practices or tournaments.  Contact tracing has reported that all infections have occurred outside of club activities.

  • November 2020: 2 reported cases (2 coaches)

  • December 2020: 4 reported cases (3 athletes, 1 coach)

  • January 2021: 6 reported cases (4 athletes, 2 coaches)

  • February 2021: 3 reported cases (3 athletes)

  • March 2021: No reported cases

  • April 2021: No reported cases

  • May 2021: No reported cases

  • June 2021


The following exposure alerts are general notices the someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 has been at practice and/or a competition.  The dates that the individual attended practice are included in the notice.  These notices do not mean that the team members have been exposed to COVID-19 - only that a member tested positive and reported it to the club.
