Cactus Classic Invitational Vendor Information

Be a vendor at the Tucson Convention Center! The Cactus Classic Invitational expects close to 100 teams and 1000 players and over 750 spectators. This invitational is the kick-off tournament of the 2012 season. Don't miss out on opportunity to get in front of hundreds of potential buyers. Space is available on first come, first served basis. Doors will open at 7:00 AM on Saturday to all players and spectators, and the tournament will conclude around 5:00 PM on Monday, January 16, 2012.

The 2012 cost for Vendor space is $300.00 per 10 x 10 booth. Application and payments are due to Club Cactus Volleyball Association no later than January 4, 2012.

Vendors may also choose to elect the Vendor Team Package for $375.00, which includes the 10 x 10 booth space AND a 8x10 vendor flyer that will be included in the Coaches Packet - information that is handed out to every tournament coach. The flyer may include advertisements for the vendor and/or coupons for tournament participants.

• 10 x 10 booth space: All items, operational equipment, signs, decorations, extra tables, etc. must be provided by vendor
• Vendor may sell only those items approved by the Tournament Director. FOOD AND/OR BEVERAGE MAY NOT BE SOLD AT THE TCC
• Booth location is determined by the Tournament Director and is non-transferable
• All arrangements for electricity, phone, Internet, or other utilities can be made through the Convention Center at an additional cost to the vendor. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to make those arrangements
• Set-up will be available on Friday January 13, 2012 from 12:00 PM—9:00 PM
