COACHING STAFF

The most important component of any successful sports organization is its coaching staff.  Club Cactus Juniors Volleyball is proud to have dedicated and experienced coaches working with all of our athletes.  Most of the coaches have multiple years of experience with Club Cactus Juniors, including playing for CCJ while younger.  The CCJ Staff is also heavily involved in the Tucson Volleyball Community - besides coaching club, our staff are high school coaches, middle school coaches, and college coaches.

The Club Cactus Juniors Volleyball Club also has a highly experienced support staff that oversees all club coaches and players in the club. A Director, Technical Advisor, Coach Advisor, Lead Coaches, and a Consultant all provide support and direction for the coaching staff while also working directly with CCJ's National, Regional, and Developmental players.

All coaches are background screened and certified through USA Volleyball.  In addition, Club Cactus Juniors requires all coaches to attend monthly coaches meetings and professional development clinics during the season.
