2027 REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR USA VOLLEYBALL AND CLUB CACTUS JUNIORS

As we enter the club's 35th Season in Southern Arizona, we have some exciting news for the new year!  Introducing the Club Cactus Juniors Volleyball App.  We built this software to centralize our technology in one location and streamline everything we do from communication, to scheduling, to payments, and even Player Development.

Please read the following instructions carefully.  The following items are required by USA Volleyball and the Arizona Region to participate in any sanctioned Open House or Tryout.

 

STEP 1:  REGISTER WITH USA VOLLEYBALL AS AN ARIZONA REGION MEMBER:

All athletes must be a current USAV Volleyball Member (2027 season) to participate at Open Houses and Team Selection​

  • Both renewing members and new members (registering for the first time) need to use the SE MMS Login Portal to log-in or create their Sports Engine and USA Volleyball account.

  • There is a membership fee that is payable directly to the Arizona Region.  

  • Once completed, print your membership card/number, this information is required in the steps below.

STEP 2: REGISTER WITH CCJ TO ATTEND PLAYER EVALUATIONS/TEAM SELECTIONS:

All prospective athletes must register online before attending any Open Houses and/or Tryouts​.  Please note that you cannot access the App until payment has been completed.
 

  • To register online, please click here. 

  • Select NO, you do not have a Club Cactus Volleyball App Account

  • Create your PARENT ACCOUNT (Do not enter your Athlete’s Information here)

  • Create your ATHLETE’S ACCOUNT

  • Complete Payment

  • Download the Club Cactus Juniors Volleyball App and log in (This secures your Athlete’s spot and lets the coaches see them in the App)

  • Please bring all downloaded forms AND proof of USA Volleyball Membership to check-in

​​STEP 3:  COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING REGISTRATION PAPERWORK:

ADDITIONAL FORMS REQUIRED:

  • Proof of your USA Volleyball Membership (membership card or show mobile device with the number)

  • Provide a copy of your Birth Certificate (uploaded during USAV Membership Registration)

STEP 4: COMMITMENT REQUIREMENT (AFTER TEAM SELECTIONS: FINANCIAL PLAN AND CONTRACT)

Please have a parent available at the conclusion of the tryouts to sign-up and provide payment information. 

 

At the conclusion of the sessions, CCJ will post the rosters of the teams offered - all athlete's will receive an email with the Selection Letter and/or alternate position.

  • Athletes and parents will be required to enroll and set-up with their Tuition Payment Account online

  • The Commitment Payment will secure their position and confirm commitment. 

    • Please review the CCJ Commitment Policy prior to tryouts. 

    • Once a commitment is made, the Arizona Region considers the athlete committed to the club for duration of the USAV Volleyball Season - which is July 6, 2027. 

    • Athletes are not eligible to tryout or practice with another club until the end of the club season.​​​

 

The first monthly payment for all teams will be due on December 10, 2026.
