2024 REGISTRATION

Club Cactus Juniors Volleyball Registration Requirements

Please read the following instructions carefully.  Use this checklist to make sure you complete all items and bring the correct paperwork and necessary forms with you to the Open Houses and Team Selections.  The following items are required by USA Volleyball and the Arizona Region to participate in any sanctioned Open House or Tryout.

 

REGISTER WITH USA VOLLEYBALL AS AN ARIZONA REGION MEMBER:

All athletes must be a current USAV Volleyball Member (2024 season) to participate at Open Houses and Team Selection​

• Both renewing members and new members (registering for the first time) need to use the SE MMS Login Portal to log-in or create their Sports Engine and USA Volleyball account.

• There is a membership fee that is payable directly to the Arizona Region.  

• Once completed, print your membership card/number, this information is required in the steps below.

REGISTER WITH CCJ TO ATTEND PLAYER EVALUATIONS/TEAM SELECTIONS:

All prospective athletes must register online before attending any Open Houses and/or Tryouts​

• All forms can be uploaded online with the athlete's registration

• Pay the tryout fee ($50) online to attend any of the Open Houses and Tryouts.

​​COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING REGISTRATION FORMS:

• CCJ Player Information Form

• CCJ Financial Commitment Acknowledgement Form

• Arizona Region Medical Release Form

• Arizona Region Concussion Acknowledgement Form

• USAV SafeSport Acknowledgement Form

ADDITIONAL FORMS REQUIRED:

• Proof of your USA Volleyball Membership (membership card or show mobile device with the number)

• Provide a copy of your Birth Certificate (If you played for CCJ last year, we DO NOT need a copy.)

​​​COMMITMENT REQUIREMENT (FINANCIAL PLAN AND PLAYER/PARENT CONTRACT)

Please have a parent available at the conclusion of the tryouts to sign-up and provide payment information. 

 

At the conclusion of the sessions, CCJ will post the rosters of the teams offered - athlete's will receive an email with the Selection Letter.  Athletes and parents will be required to enroll in Groundwork with their Tuition Account and pay the non-refundable Commitment Deposit to secure their position and commitment.  Please review the CCJ Commitment Policy prior to tryouts.  Once a commitment is made, the Arizona Region considers the athlete committed to the club for duration of the season.  Players are not eligible to tryout or practice with another club until the end of the club season.

The first monthly payment for all teams will be due on December 10, 2023.
