COVID PROCEDURES

Club Cactus Juniors will be following COVID policies set forth by the Sporting Chance Center as recommended by the Pima County Health Department.  In addition, we will be respecting all policies and procedures set forth by the Arizona Region and USA Volleyball,  COVID policies are constantly changing and the club will update our website as policies change.

The SCC current policies require athletes/staff/spectators to:

• Stay home if you are sick.

• Wash hands before and after participation in any activities.

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.

• Athletes should bring their own water and should not share with others.

 

COVID-19 Information for Open Houses

To Reduce the Risk at Open Houses:

• Athlete should not attend if feeling sick or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

• Parents or spectators who are experiencing any COVID symptoms should stay home.

COVID-19 Information for Team Selections

In order to be considered for a team roster spot, all prospective athletes must attend the Team Selections for their respective age group.  However, please let us know if any emergency arises and the athlete cannot attend.

• Athlete should not attend if feeling sick or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. 

  • Contact info@clubcactusvolleyball.com or 520-275-5268 if athlete is sick, cannot attend.

  • In most cases, the Tryout Committee will use notes from the Open Houses and or any other information we have in order to place sick athletes who are unable to attend tryouts.

  • If placed on a team, the Contract and Commitment Deposit be submitted at the end of the tryout.
